Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Deliveries are made only on working days and timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–10 business days
International orders may take 7–21 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during sales, launches, or festive periods

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Please ensure all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These situations may include natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, containment zones, government restrictions, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, Be Modest reserves the right to delay shipments and deliveries until operations become viable again.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.

Customers can also track their orders through the “My Account” section on our website.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after shipment dispatch.

Order Cancellation by System

Occasionally, orders may be cancelled automatically due to:

Product unavailability
Payment authorization failure
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Duplicate order placement
Failed delivery attempts by courier partners

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason.

Customers are not charged for cancelled orders. In cases where payment has already been processed, refunds will be initiated as per banking timelines.

International Shipping Policy

Be Modest currently ships to selected international destinations.

International shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

International shipping charges are borne by the customer
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in product pricing
Additional charges imposed by destination countries are the customer’s responsibility

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs charges, additional reshipping charges may apply.
