We at Be Modest have formulated each product to deliver the best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do.
But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:
- You received the wrong product
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
- You received an empty package
How to Raise a Request
In case you have received a wrong, damaged, or expired product, please send us an email requesting return or replacement along with relevant documentary proof such as:
- Pictures of the product
- Relevant emails or order details
Requests must be made within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.
No return or replacement will be entertained after this period.

Empty Package Claims
In cases where you have received a package which seems without weight in the first instance, please record a proper unboxing video.
This video will act as proof for us to verify and process your claim.
Order Cancellation
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
However, orders which have not been shipped can be cancelled.
Request Review Process
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.
Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup.
Our courier partner will pick the order up from your doorstep.
Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same.
If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate the refund within 24 hours.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
